Frogsnot?
I tried to use frogsnot.blogspot for my url and they said somebody already had it. I'm not sure why I even am starting this blog. I should be in bed.

The bike trail was beautiful. I only saw seven other bikes total and two of them were parked at one of the shelters and the couple was sitting on a bench holding hands and looking at the lake. I think this bike trail is one of Mercer County's best kept secrets. That's just as well, it is not very wide and if there was much traffic it wouldn't be much fun. It took me 49 minutes to make it around the lake this time. That included a stop for a quick swim to cool off.
My wife and my sister in law wanted to try the Wilhelm trail today so between thunderstorms I took them out there for a ride. They managed to make it half way around the lake and decided that was enough. I went on ahead and got the car and came back and picked them up. They did ok for 50+ ladies that have not ridden bikes for years.
